In alignment with the vision of Happy Family Better Community, and inspired by the Canadian value of volunteerism—grounded in civic responsibility, compassion, and unity—the HF&BC Volunteer Pool Program aims to cultivate a thriving, intergenerational volunteer network that serves as both the backbone and heart of our community initiatives.

* Happy Family Better Community Foundation (HFBC) is a community based nonprofit, serving Whitby and the Durham Region. We strengthen family bonds and help build an inclusive connected community through volunteering intergenerational programs and cultural events.
